Ver de Acción
''Through photography and installation, my work deals with the processes of transformation of the landscape, and our perception of it through the image. I pretend to question the landscape as an ideological construction and look for an approach to nature and concern about human actions. And at the same time, I try to explore the landscape and its symbolism, through concepts like reality or illusion and memory and transformation.
By means of installations, photosculptures and actions in nature, I pretend to show this constant abuse, where the landscape is recreated and disappears, highlighting this fragility of the natural environment in nature full of artifices.
The project “Ver de Acción”, explores the limits between natural and cultural, creating an experience with the landscape and space interaction. In order to do that, I use photography as a means of creating a true illusion and an illusory capacity of the landscape as social construction, intervening and staging to reinterpret human and nature relationships.''
